- 1An animated story with her own characters
- 2A drawing game on her own URL
- 3Show Day for grandparents
One child. One plan. One teacher.
We assess your child first — then write a learning plan built from our six-course ladder, paced to them, and teach it 1:1. No fixed syllabus. No batch to keep up with. The outcome is decided before the first paid session.
Assess. Plan. Teach. Adjust.
- 1
Free 45-minute assessment
Not a quiz. Your child builds something small with Ajay watching — how they think, where they get stuck, what lights them up. Then ten minutes with you about goals.
- 2
A written learning plan
Within 48 hours: their starting rung, three milestones, the exact projects drawn from our ladder, and a weekly cadence. You read it before paying a rupee.
- 3
1:1 live sessions, 2× a week
60 minutes each, with the founder, on your child's schedule. Screen shared, code reviewed line by line, every project deployed to their own URL.
- 4
Plan reviewed every 4 weeks
A short progress note to you every month, and a re-assessment every 8 weeks. The plan moves when your child moves — faster, slower, or sideways into what they care about.
- 5
Outcomes, not hours
Each milestone is a thing they can show: a live game, a deployed app, a presentation. The plan ends when the outcome exists, not when the calendar says so.
What we actually look at
A test would tell us what your child has memorised. We want to know how they build. So the assessment is a short build task — a small game or animation — with Ajay alongside, followed by a conversation with you.
- Where they are: logic, sequencing, debugging instinct — observed, not tested
- What they love: games, art, science, making things for people — the plan is built around it
- How they learn: fast-and-messy or careful-and-thorough; both work, the pacing differs
- What you want: confidence, a portfolio, college prep, or simply better screen time
- Where they could go: which rung of the ladder to start on and what the first milestone is
The plan draws from six proven courses
Every 1:1 plan is assembled from the projects and outcomes of our ladder — so the destination is concrete, and the path is your child’s own.
Your child will leave with a live website, an app on a parent’s phone, and a portfolio of 5+ projects they presented at Show Day — with the words to explain how they built each one.

Every session, every review, every plan — Ajay.
No rotating tutors, no hand-offs. The person who assessed your child is the person who writes the plan, teaches the sessions, reads their code, and sends you the monthly note. Eight years shipping software for clients in six countries; three years teaching children how to do the same.
